Cottage update

Today I thought I would look at my little 24th scale cottage.

The first thing I noticed was that it is in need of a spring clean and dust.

The next thing on my todo list is to sort out the bedding. and try and fix the piece of furniture where the drawer is constantly falling out.

The saucepans still have no home at the moment.  I am currently trying to decide whether to keep all or some of them.  I also need to fill the book shelf.  I am hoping to make all the books so that they open.

I have started to work on a scene for the loft area as well.  We will see how it goes.  It is still in the early stages of planning.

I am now going to introduce you to the latest addition to the cottage

I havent got a name for him yet.  I saw him on a shelf in a junk shop and couldnt resist him.

  1. Yes it is absolutely incredible, as is dust in our mini houses. But the house's residents looks effective.

    1. Thank you. :) Yes it is certainly amazing, how fast the dust accumulates when you are not careful.

  2. Two households to clean is somewhat too much. At least the mini one is fun.
As my mother used to say, it's a crime leaving such a cute little dog to the shop
owner. No wonder you coud'nt resist him.

    1. I agree, the mini house is definitely a lot more fun to clean. :)
The little dog is such a cutie, it is always fun to find something when you least expect it.
